A short written report, sent within 24 hours of our visit: recent comparable sales or lets, a realistic range, what could move it up or down, our suggested strategy and estimated costs. It's complimentary, with no obligation to instruct us.
How long does it take?
Usually 30–45 minutes at your home, or a little less by video call.
Do I need to be ready to sell?
Not at all. Plenty of people request a review months before moving, just to plan ahead.
Can you value for letting as well as selling?
Yes — if you're weighing up your options, we'll give you both figures.
